Softball Recap: Renton Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Renton's offense. They fell just short of the Evergreen Wolverines by a score of 1-0 on Monday. The Redhawks have struggled against the Wolverines recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Renton's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Evergreen, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Renton is set to challenge their familiar foe Foster at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Evergreen will square off against rival Lindbergh at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
