Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Hillers vs. South Fayette Lions

Trinity is 2-8 against South Fayette since December of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Trinity Hillers will be playing at home against the South Fayette Lions at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Trinity is headed into Tuesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Tuesday. They fell 67-54 to Peters Township. While losing is never fun, the Hillers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 415th, while the Indians are ranked 81st).

Meanwhile, South Fayette was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 52-47 heartbreaker at the hands of Peters Township.

Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for South Fayette, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-7.
