Soccer Recap: Loyola Academy Comes Up Short

Loyola Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the Evanston Wildkits by a score of 3-2.

Loyola Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-3-2. As for Evanston, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-1-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Loyola Academy will host DePaul College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. DePaul College Prep's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Evanston, they will welcome New Trier at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
