It's playoff time, and Santa Fe Indian had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took their game on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 69-30 win over the Cobre Indians. The Braves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Cobre saw an underclassman step up: freshman Hayley Gutierrez dropped a double-double with 11 points and 17 boards. That was a full 36.7% of Cobre's points, marking the third time in a row Gutierrez has posted more than a third of the team's points.

Santa Fe Indian is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.7 points over those games. Cobre moved to 17-12 with that defeat, which also ended their nine-game winning streak.

Santa Fe Indian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 35-33 loss against West Las Vegas on the 13th. Cobre does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
