Volleyball Game Preview: La Crosse Logan Rangers vs. Baldwin-Woodville Blackhawks + Official Tickets

The La Crosse Logan Rangers will head out to take on the Baldwin-Woodville Blackhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. La Crosse Logan is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

La Crosse Logan came up short against Holmen on Thursday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-13, 25-8.

Despite their loss, La Crosse Logan saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Adelade Sprain, who had 13 digs, was perhaps the best of all. Another player making a difference was Norah Keller, who had eight assists and seven digs.

Meanwhile, Baldwin-Woodville posted their closest win since September 13th on Thursday. They won by a set and slipped past St. Croix Central 3-2.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (103-101) Baldwin-Woodville actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 27-25, 18-25, 16-25, 15-13.

Baldwin-Woodville pushed their record up to 21-16 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for La Crosse Logan, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-17.
