Basketball Recap: Slippery Rock Comes Up Short

Slippery Rock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. The matchup between them and the Farrell Steelers didn't end well, with the Slippery Rock Rockets falling 64-48. The Rockets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Steelers earlier this season, when they won 65-42.

Slippery Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Farrell, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-10.

Looking ahead, Slippery Rock will take on Fairview at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Farrell does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
