Volleyball Recap: Columbus International Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Columbus International duked it out with Beechcroft on Thursday. The Lions lost 3-0 to the Cougars. The defeat continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Cougars: they've now lost seven in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-15, 25-17.

Columbus International's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Beechcroft, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 8-6.

Coming up, Columbus International will challenge Linden-McKinley at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Beechcroft, they will venture away from home to challenge Africentric Early College at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
