Softball Recap: Autaugaville Comes Up Short

Autaugaville lost against JAG on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Autaugaville Eagles came up short against the JAG Jaguars, falling 17-3. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Autaugaville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for JAG, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Looking ahead, Autaugaville is taking a road trip to take on Loachapoka at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Autaugaville has given up an average of 8.5 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. JAG does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
