Basketball Preview: Rabun County Wildcats vs. Elbert County Blue Devils
Rabun County is 9-1 against Elbert County since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Rabun County Wildcats are taking a road trip to face off against the Elbert County Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. Rabun County knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 19 contests -- so hopefully Elbert County likes a good challenge.
Last Saturday, Rabun County humbled Oglethorpe County with a 66-26 victory. With the Wildcats ahead 43-13 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Rabun County can attribute much of their success to Hayes Free, who went 9 of 13 on his way to 22 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals, and Huey Blalock, who went 7 for 11 en route to 19 points and eight assists.
