Volleyball Recap: Middletown Takes a Loss

Middletown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Valley Central Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Middletown's loss dropped their record down to 1-15-1. As for Valley Central, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-2.

Middletown has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Port Jervis on the 23rd. As for Valley Central, they are taking a road trip to take on Wallkill at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
