Soccer Recap: Ada Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Ada was a bit more limited in their match on Thursday. They lost 8-1 to the Liberty-Benton Eagles. The defeat continues a trend for Ada in their meetings with Liberty-Benton: they've now lost three in a row.

Ada's goal came courtesy of Carson Conley, who's now up to five this season.

Ada's loss dropped their record down to 6-3-1. As for Liberty-Benton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-1-1 record this season.

Ada will square off against Kenton at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Kenton's last five games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Liberty-Benton, they will take on Continental at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
