Soccer Recap: North Cobb Comes Up Short

North Cobb was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Etowah Eagles.

North Cobb's record is now 1-11. As for Etowah, their victory bumped their record up to 3-8-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Cobb will welcome Roswell at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Roswell will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something North Cobb surely won't give up without a fight. As for Etowah, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Forsyth Central at 5:30 p.m. on April 8.
