On Thursday, Boise faced Rocky Mountain in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Boise Brave enjoyed a cozy 58-42 win over the Rocky Mountain Grizzlies. The victory was nothing new for the Brave as they're now sitting on six straight.

Boise's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Nya Pellantlatham, who went 5 for 6 en route to 11 points. Another player making a difference was Kaity Haan, who posted eight points and eight boards.

Despite the loss, Rocky Mountain still got an impressive performance from Logan Sailors, who went 7 of 15 on her way to 19 points. Sailors is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Campbell Wilson was another key player, putting up eight points and three steals.

Boise has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.2 points per game. As for Rocky Mountain, they moved to 12-7 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Boise has already played their next matchup, a 53-45 win against Timberline on the 25th. As for Rocky Mountain, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Eagle at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Eagle is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.3 points per game this season.
