Basketball Recap: Klein Forest Takes a Loss

It was a Battle of the Birds when Klein Forest took on Foster on Friday. The Eagles lost 71-48 to the Falcons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 48-45 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

Foster can attribute much of their success to Aidan Davis, who posted ten points along with six boards and five steals. Those five steals gave Davis a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of David Tobar, who had nine points and three steals.

Klein Forest now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Foster, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Klein Forest will venture away from home to square off against Cinco Ranch at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Foster, they will welcome Stafford at 12:00 p.m. on Monday.
