Basketball Recap: Erasmus Hall Dutchmen vs. Sunset Park
Erasmus Hall gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They breezed by the Sunset Park Sunset Park to the tune of 41-13. The Dutchmen pushed the score to 30-8 by the end of the third, a deficit Sunset Park had little chance of recovering from.
Erasmus Hall found their leader in sophomore Nia Renee, who scored 25 points. Another player making a difference was SAMAYA CLARK-GABRIEL, who scored seven points.
Erasmus Hall has already played their next game, a 41-29 win against Telecommunication Arts Tech on the 5th. As for Sunset Park, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Erasmus Hall at 12:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
