Basketball Recap: Troy Christian Eagles vs. Graham Local Falcons
The Troy Christian Eagles won the last time they faced the Graham Local Falcons, and things went their way on Monday too. Troy Christian came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 61-53. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Troy Christian.
Troy Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Karis Miller out in front who scored 18 points along with six steals and five assists. Another player making a difference was Brooklyn Lavy, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 17 rebounds.
The victory got Troy Christian back to even at 9-9. As for Graham Local, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-8.
Troy Christian will be playing at home against the Polar Bears at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Graham Local will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against the Red Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st. London is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home.
