Estero hasn't had much luck against Fort Myers recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Estero Wildcats are taking a road trip to take on the Fort Myers Green Wave at 7:00 p.m. Estero is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

Estero lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Bonita Springs, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's match. Estero put the hurt on Bonita Springs with a sharp 8-1 victory on Friday. Considering the Wildcats have won six games by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Estero got a great performance from Annika Jarvi as she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over six innings pitched. Those nine strikeouts gave Jarvi a new career-high.

At the plate, Estero let Ava Weinbaum and Lillian Peregrin run wild.
