Sandusky fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Port Clinton on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Redskins by a score of 5-4. If the Blue Streaks were looking for revenge after losing 13-0 to the Redskins when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Kaylee Summers spent all 9.1 innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and four unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up ten Ks.
