Baseball Game Preview: Lexington Eagles vs. Rogers Eagles

Lexington will head out on the road to challenge Rogers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lexington has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 14.

Lexington might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 4-1 to Thrall, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Meanwhile, Rogers didn't have quite enough to beat Groesbeck last Tuesday and fell 3-2.

Rogers now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Lexington, their loss dropped their record down to 8-14-2.

Lexington suffered a grim 13-0 defeat to Rogers in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. Can Lexington avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
