A Season-Best Effort from Will Smith Leads Ocean Springs over Harrison Central

Will Smith produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Ocean Springs to the win on Friday. Smith rushed for 175 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run.

Ocean Springs' win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-4. Smith and Ocean Springs will venture away from home to challenge Biloxi at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Cooper Crosby Goes Supernova in Gulfport Victory

Cooper Crosby continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fourth-straight game with at least 101 rushing yards. He rushed for 112 yards and three touchdowns.

Unfortunately for D'Iberville, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Crosby. When Crosby last faced the Warriors back in October of 2023, he rushed for 65 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, and also caught a touchdown.

Biloxi was led to victory by Jaylan Johnson, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. His longest rush was for an impressive 59 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Biloxi moved to 3-4 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Johnson and Biloxi will host Ocean Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
