Overhills won the last time they faced Harnett Central and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Overhills Jaguars claimed a resounding 72-16 win over the Harnett Central Trojans. The Jaguars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 22 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Overhills to victory, but perhaps none more so than Najiha Allen, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 12 rebounds. Allen has been hot recently, having also posted two or more blocks the last three times she's played. Paris Autry was another key player, going 13 for 18 on her way to 30 points in addition to five assists and five steals.

Overhills is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.2 points per game. As for Harnett Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Overhills will venture away from home to face off against Triton at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Harnett Central, they and E.E. Smith will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. E.E. Smith will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Harnett Central surely won't give up without a fight.
