Volleyball Recap: Gaston Day Find Success

Gaston Day saw some tournament action on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Andrew Jackson Volunteers 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spartans.

Ava Blanton was the offensive standout of the match as she had 11 digs.

Gaston Day's win bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Andrew Jackson, their loss dropped their record down to 9-19.

Gaston Day does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Andrew Jackson, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Central on the 14th.
