While Thursday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Mario Gallo. He wasn't messing around on Thursday, throwing for 118 yards and three touchdowns on perfect 8-for-8 passing, while also punching in one TD on the ground. The matchup was his third straight with three or more passing touchdowns.

Gallo and Desert Christian Academy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Nuview Bridge at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. The Conquerors have been dominating at home and they will enter the contest having won six straight home games dating back to last season.
