Lowndes entered their tilt with Hardaway on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Hawks.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Lowndes took both sets by at least 16 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-9.

Dara Mason paced Lowndes' offense, picking up three kills. Mason were helped by Caroline Moreno and Kalli Ferguson, who contributed five assists each. Mason also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Aldyn Harrell, racking up three apiece.

Lowndes' win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Hardaway, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Lowndes wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Greater Atlanta Christian on the 23rd. As for Hardaway, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Lee County on the 21st.
