Volleyball Recap: Belton-Honea Path Comes Up Short

Belton-Honea Path managed to slip by Laurens the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bears came up short against the Raiders on Thursday, falling 3-0.

While Belton-Honea Path was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-23, 25-20.

Belton-Honea Path has been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15-1 record this season. As for Laurens, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 8-17-2 record.

Looking ahead, Belton-Honea Path will take on Mountain View Prep on Wednesday. Laurens does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
