Football Game Preview: Marceline Tigers vs. Polo Panthers

The Marceline Tigers will challenge the Polo Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Polo took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Marceline, who comes in off a win.

Marceline took a loss when they played away from home back in September, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand Maysville a 25-0 shutout.

Meanwhile, Polo played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 41-14 loss at the hands of Putnam County. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Midgets: they've now lost eight in a row.

The win got Marceline back to even at 2-2. As for Polo, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.
