Basketball Recap: Crockett County Takes a Loss

Crockett County lost against Henry County back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Crockett County Cavaliers fell to the Henry County Patriots 52-48. While losing is never fun, the Cavaliers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 242nd, while the Patriots are ranked 108th).

Crockett County has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Henry County, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-3.

Crockett County has already played their next game (against Dyersburg), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Henry County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-52 loss against West Creek on the 4th.
