Bishop Grimes's game  last Wednesday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Monday. They blew past the Hannibal Warriors 15-5. This was payback for the Cobras, who suffered  a  10-7  loss the last time these two teams met.
 Nella Ascioti made a big impact no matter where she played. She  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Ascioti was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-3 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Rainbow Butler and  Liz Corl did most of the damage at the plate:  Butler  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with four  runs and one  stolen base, while  Corl  got on base  in three of her five plate appearances with two  stolen bases and three  runs. Butler is  crushing it when it comes to  stolen bases: she's   snagged at least one every time she's  taken the field this season.  Gabby St James was another key player,  going 1-for-4 with two  runs, two  RBI,  and one  double.
Bishop Grimes' record now sits at 3-1. As for Hannibal, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the  defeat, which was their third straight  at home.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Grimes will take on Bishop Ludden at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Hannibal, they will challenge Weedsport at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
