Volleyball Recap: Hoover Takes a Loss

Hoover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Glendale Nitros. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Nitros this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-16, 25-14.

Hoover's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Glendale, they pushed their record up to 21-16 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

As of now, neither Hoover nor the Nitros have any future games scheduled.
