Eisenhower waltzed into their game on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They had just enough and edged the Notre Dame Titans out 3-2. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Eisenhower took Notre Dame into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 25-15, 25-20, 26-28, 15-7.
Eisenhower can attribute much of their success to Azaleah Baca, who had 14 digs.
Eisenhower's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 21-10. As for Notre Dame, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-8.
As of now, neither Eisenhower nor Notre Dame have any future games scheduled.
