Football Recap: Colusa Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Colusa unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 34-14 to the Colfax Falcons on Friday. The RedHawks haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Colusa has already played their next matchup, a 43-12 defeat against Yreka on the 29th. As for Colfax, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 31-7 loss against East Nicolaus on the 29th.
