Volleyball Recap: Fairfield Takes a Loss

Fairfield lost against Mason back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Indians fell 3-1 to the Comets.

Kennedy Ostendorf paced Fairfield's offense, picking up 16 kills. Ostendorf got some help from Rose Rodriguez and her 17 assists. Finally, Reagan Draper kept Fairfield's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Fairfield has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-12 record this season. As for Mason, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 19-4.

As of now, neither Fairfield nor the Comets have any future games scheduled.
