Soccer Recap: Chippewa Valley Comes Up Short

Chippewa Valley fell victim to St. Clair and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They came up short against the Saints, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Chippewa Valley haven't been shut out since back in April.

Chippewa Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3-6. As for St. Clair, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-6-2 record this season.

Chippewa Valley will square off against Anchor Bay at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Clair, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, an 8-0 victory against Grosse Pointe North on the 16th.
