Putnam County won the last time they faced Jasper County and things went their way on Friday too. The Putnam County War Eagles were the clear victor by a 73-50 margin over the Jasper County Hurricanes. The War Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

Putnam County was led to victory by Jaylin Harper and Jmari Greene. Harper posted seven points along with ten assists and three steals, while Greene went 9 for 13 en route to 20 points. The game was Greene's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shamar Mcclendon, who had seven points and ten boards.

Putnam County smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive boards in three consecutive matches.
