Baseball Recap: Valley View Cougars vs. Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns

Valley View had lost five straight on the road, but on Monday they dropped down to 5-14 to make it six. They fell 6-2 to the Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Buckhorns this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-5 back in April.

As for Wallenpaupack Area, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for Wallenpaupack Area, they are taking a road trip to square off against Wyoming Area at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
