The Scottsbluff Bearcats will head out on the road to face off against the Crete Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Crete took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Scottsbluff, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Scottsbluff humbled Lincoln Northwest with a 64-6 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bearcats.
Scottsbluff's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Nate Kelley, who rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown, and Desmonde Smith, who gained 91 total yards and three touchdowns. Kelley got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run and that went for an incredible 70 yards. Eric Sabala also helped with two touchdowns in total.
