Soccer Game Preview: Milan vs. Covington

The Milan Bulldogs will square off against the Covington Chargers at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Milan is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

On Thursday, Milan didn't have quite enough to beat Jackson North Side and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Covington was a bit more limited in their contest on Saturday. They came up short against Munford, falling 4-0. The defeat continues a trend for Covington in their meetings with Munford: they've now lost five in a row.

Milan's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for Covington, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Milan couldn't quite get it done against Covington in their previous matchup back in August of 2023 as they fell 3-1. Can the Bulldogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
