Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Bend East). Everything went their way against the Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes on Thursday as they made off with an 18-4 victory. The win continues a trend for the Suns in their matchups with the Blue Dukes: they've now won four in a row.

West Bend East's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Whitefish Bay, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, West Bend East will venture away from home to face off against Nicolet at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.4 runs per game on average), something the Suns will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Whitefish Bay, they will host St. Thomas More at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
