Soccer Game Preview: Rockvale vs. Baker

Rockvale will head out to take on the Baker Hornets at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Rockvale will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more goals each match than the last.

Rockvale is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Everything went their way against Westmoore on Friday as they made off with a 6-1 win. It was an even better day for Aidan Sinclair as he scored three goals for his team.

Meanwhile, Baker faced Davidson in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Hornets fell 4-2 to the Warriors. Baker haven't had much luck with Davidson recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Rockvale has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those seven contests. As for Baker, their loss dropped their record down to 11-4-1.
