Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Brielle Goode and Ava Pagdilao Lead Silverton to Victory

Silverton won the last time they faced Lebanon and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Foxes blew past the Warriors 3-0.

Silverton was led to victory by Ava Pagdilao and Brielle Goode. Pagdilao had 17 digs and two aces, while Goode had 16 digs and one assist. With that strong performance, Goode is now averaging an impressive 10.2 digs per game. Makylee Puente also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Silverton was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces in three consecutive matchups.

Silverton's win bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Lebanon, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.

Silverton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Summit on the 1st. Lebanon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
