Volleyball Recap: Severn Run Finds Playoff Glory Versus Meade + How To Watch

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Severn Run walked away with it. They blew past the Meade Mustangs 3-0 on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-17, 25-15.

Jazlynn Dubose was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 17 digs and one block. That's the most digs she has posted since back in September. Hayden Haynes also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Severn Run and bumps their season record up to 11-6. As for Meade, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Looking ahead, Severn Run will head out on the road to face off against Broadneck at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meade does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
