Recap: Rickards Raiders vs. FAMU DRS Baby Rattlers
The Rickards Raiders can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Saturday. They blew past FAMU DRS 61-13 at home. Winning may never get old, but Rickards sure is getting used to it with their ninth in a row.
Genesis Henry was her usual excellent self, scoring 17 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Lauryn Pye, who scored ten points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Rickards pushed their record up to 17-4 with that win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 31.6 points. As for FAMU DRS, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.
Coincidentally, Rickards and FAMU DRS will both be playing Leon the next time they take the court. Rickards will head out to face Leon at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while FAMU DRS will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
