Volleyball Recap: Darlington Takes a Loss

Darlington lost against Lodi back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Redbirds fell just short of the Blue Devils by a score of 2-1.

Lilly Ritchie paced Darlington's offense, picking up eight kills. Ritchie got some help from Addie Wedig and her nine assists. Camryn Andrews controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Darlington's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Lodi, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-6.

Darlington has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Sauk Prairie on the 13th. As for Lodi, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against River Valley on the 13th.
