Volleyball Recap: Hillsboro Christian Academy Gets the Win

The Hillsboro Christian Academy Crusaders were able to grind out a solid win over the Middletown Christian Eagles on Friday, taking the game 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Crusaders.

Hillsboro Christian Academy walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-12, 23-25, 25-19, 28-26.

Nathaniel Massie paced Hillsboro Christian Academy's offense, picking up seven kills. Massie got some help from Abe Dockins and his 12 assists. Dockins was also solid from the service line: he led the team with six aces.

Hillsboro Christian Academy now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Middletown Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.

Hillsboro Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Dominion Academy on the 15th. As for Middletown Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Indian Hill on the 14th.
