Basketball Recap: Luxemburg-Casco Takes a Loss

Luxemburg-Casco was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 60-31 loss at the hands of the Fox Valley Lutheran Foxes. The matchup marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Luxemburg-Casco's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Fox Valley Lutheran, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Coming up, Luxemburg-Casco will face off against Freedom at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Freedom's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six matches. Fox Valley Lutheran has already played their next game (against Wausau East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
