 In what's become a running theme this season, Argenta-Oreana gave their fans yet another huge  win on Monday. They blew past the Cerro Gordo/Bement Broncos 14-1. The  victory was nothing new for Argenta-Oreana as they're now sitting on four straight.
  Abby Jackson made a big impact no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out ten over five innings pitched. Jackson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts every time she's  pitched this season. Jackson was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances.
 In other batting news, Argenta-Oreana got a  massive  performance out of  Abbey Matthews, who  scored four  runs while going 3-for-3. Matthews is crushing it when it comes to  hits: she's   hit at least three every time she's  taken the field this season.  Gracie Manning was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-3.
 Argenta-Oreana's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Cerro Gordo/Bement, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-1.
 Argenta-Oreana will be playing in front of their home fans against Okaw Valley at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. One thing working in Argenta-Oreana's favor is that they have posted big  run totals  in their last four games. As for Cerro Gordo/Bement, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Arcola at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Cerro Gordo/Bement is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home.
