Recap: Scotland Christian Academy Saints vs. Tabernacle Christian Ram
In what's become a running theme this season, the Scotland Christian Academy Saints gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past Tabernacle Christian 85-65. The win was familiar territory for Scotland Christian Academy who now have four in a row.
Scotland Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Leland Ramsey, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Ramsey has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Micah Cartrette, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Scotland Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Tabernacle Christian, they bumped their record down to 3-11 with that defeat, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Scotland Christian Academy will take on Southeastern Christian Academy at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Tabernacle Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Fayetteville Street Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
