Basketball Recap: Beaver Island Skates Past Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter with Ease

Beaver Island won the last time they faced Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter and things went their way on Saturday too. The Beaver Island Islanders took their matchup with ease, bagging a 66-21 victory over Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter. The Islanders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 36 points or more this season.

Beaver Island pushed their record up to 4-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 19.8 points per game. As for Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.
