Basketball Recap: S & S Consolidated Takes a Loss

S & S Consolidated was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They were beaten by the Bells Panthers 72-24. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1164th, while the Panthers are ranked 363rd).

S & S Consolidated's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Bells, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-8.

S & S Consolidated has already played their next contest (against Blue Ridge), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bells will challenge Keene at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Keene will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Bells surely won't give up without a fight.
