Softball Recap: Medway Starts Season with Win at Home

Medway gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over the Hopedale Blue Raiders.

The team relied heavily on Alessandra Cautilli, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one double.

Looking ahead, Medway will face off against Uxbridge at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hopedale, they are taking a road trip to challenge Hopkinton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
